What is your favorite part about working for Ichor Systems?
"Having worked at Ichor for 25 years, I have been very fortunate to hold many leadership positions in various functions across the organization. While all the roles have been challenging and exciting, it is working in a collaborative and inspiring environment with excellent and talented people dedicated to our company and customers success that I find extremely rewarding. I have been given the opportunity to learn and grow through the mentorship provided by leaders in the company, and in turn, provided my mentorship and leadership to others as I gained increasing skills and perspective on operating the business. Ichor fosters a culture of problem solving and process improvement, expecting and empowering everyone to continuously evaluate processes, performance and outcomes, to gain understanding and make ongoing improvements in our performance and product offerings. It is also very rewarding to work for a company that recognizes the value of team work and views it as absolutely necessary to win in such a competitive industry, while showing respect and recognition to each individual for their contributions."
How do you view the impact your job has on the future of technology?
"The work of each Ichor employee to include the operational strategies and the business process improvements that I support and help drive with the various functional teams also play an important part in contributing to the overall chip and tech industry. They enable Ichor to innovate at a pace that outperforms our competitors, make decisions faster and more efficiently, and increase productivity in various business operations, thus creating value for our customers who in turn create innovative product solutions that make a difference in people’s lives in a world so technology driven."
What motivates you to come to work everyday?
"A great and healthy work culture, working in a highly collaborative and competitive environment with talented people and a strong leadership team, professional growth opportunities, communication and participation in decision making to name a few are all motivating factors. Seeing our company’s achievements and growth over the years is also a motivation which ultimately leads to personal achievement and success."
