CDV and MDV Hybrid Valves
Ichor Systems introduces a practical solution for flow control with an extension to its already impressive CDV (Conventional Diaphragm Valve) and MDV (Modular Diaphragm Valve). This new line of Hybrid Valves incorporates additional actuation choices with the Hybrid Actuators. This results in an enhanced capability shut-off valve for LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) applications, as well as high pneumatic cycle applications all in one actuator.

When space is limited, our Hybrid Actuator offers a solution. By substituting an in-line Manual LOTO Valve and Normally Closed Pneumatic Valve with the Hybrid Valve it effectively cuts the space requirement in half.

- The Hybrid Actuator is equipped with the top features from our reliable Manual LOTO Valve and Normally Closed Pneumatic Valve
- Hybrid Actuator functions similar to our trusted and proven Normally Closed Pneumatic Actuator when the manual handle is in the open state.
- Quarter turn manual handle operation to closed state provides a mechanical stop, preventing the Normally Closed Pneumatic Actuator from opening.
- Fully compatible extension of existing CDV and MDV product lines.
- Save valuable space for applications in which a Manual LOTO and Normally Closed Pneumatic Valve is desired.
- Flow indicating handle showing closed or open state.
- Convenient LOTO handle to prevent manual actuator portion from opening when locked.
- The actuation supply line attaches to a 1/8" tube integrated fitting, or you have the option of selecting your own pneumatic fitting for the M5 pneumatic connection.

Utilize our Hybrid Actuator in conventional manifolding applications via our highly configurable CDV product family. We provide multiple body materials and purity levels as well as common seat materials such as PCTFE and PFA. Configure the porting and connection types to fit your flow porting needs; whether its a simple two port female face seal or a more complex four port with multiple face seal and tube fitting options.
Utilize our Hybrid Actuator in modular manifolding applications typically used in the semiconductor industry via our MDV product family. It is directly compatible with our TMS Integrated Gas System product offerings. We provide multiple body materials and purity levels such as 316L SST SEMI F20 and Nickel Alloy C22, as well as common seat materials. Porting is available in a variety of C-Seal and W-Seal styles as well as 1.125" and 1.500" sizes.
